Enugu State Polytechnic, Iwollo has a befitting Library for any Institution of Polytechnic Category. It has a hundred seating capacity at a time. It has two wings, one is for lending/circulation section and the other wing is the reference and serial sections. More relevant books and periodicals will be added to the stock soonest. An advanced plan to introduce e-library is on the way. Letters had been written to local and international organizations soliciting for free will donation of relevant books and periodicals based on the courses the Institution is offering: Agricultural Economics and Extension, Animal Production, Agro Entrepreneurship, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Statistics, Technical Drawing, Computer Studies, Soil Sciences, Geography, Horticulture, English, Use of Library, Farm Management, Communication, Surveying Unit etc.
The Pioneer Librarian is Mr. Chime, Louis I.– BSC Library Science/Biology, MLS, PGD, MBA Management all from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria. He is a member of Nigeria Library Association, Enugu State Chapter and National Library Association.
