Our Goals and Objectives

To provide the best possible experience for students, and to establish, strengthen and sustain our position as a leading and innovative Institution, the Enugu State Polytechnic, Iwollo has adopted the following goals:

·        Goal 1: To increase the number of Student's Staff Ratio (SSR).

·        Goal 2: Maximizing the utilization of existing manpower.

·        Goal 3: Leveraging on Government Ownership of the Institution for fund accessibility.

·        Goal 4: Establishment of Functional Polytechnic Consult.

·        Goal 5: Harnessing the benefit from International linkages.

·        Goal 6: Maximizing the benefits from our strong Agricultural Base.

·        Goal 7: Inculcating Institutional Reforms using appropriate technology.

·        Goal 8: To improve the infrastructural development of the Institution to reposition it as a First-Class Polytechnic.

·        Goal 9: To bridge the funding gap to enable the Institution to attain her set Objectives.
